Abstract: Two fungal strains Penicillium guanacastense JP-NJ2 and P. pinophilum JP-NJ4 which had strong capability of dissolving phosphate was isolated from Pinus massoniana rhizosphere early. The effects of the strains on microbial community structure and growth-promoting in masson pine rhizosphere were studied. Microbial community structure in masson pine rhizosphere and growth-promoting of the pines were measured with the Biolog method and then the effects of two phosphate-solubilizing fungi(PSF)were analyzed. The impact of two strains on growth of masson pine was observed. The applications of PSF P. guanacastense JP-NJ2 and P. pinophilum JP-NJ4 and their metabolite significantly changed the species dominance and richness index both in winter and summer. The two PSF raised the number of fungi in the soil and reached the largest biomass in summer(59.27×104 cfu/g). In summer, species richness indexes treated by the JP-NJ2 suspension and JP-NJ4 suspension were 2.835 0 and 3.120 0, respectively. Both of the species richness indexes of two fungal suspensions were lower than that of the control. This indicated that soil species richness reduced in summer. The application of JP-NJ2 and JP-NJ4 in masson pine rhizosphere significantly promoted pine growth after inoculation 600 days. The height of masson pine seedlings treated with fungal suspension increased 88.7% and root crown diameter incremented 53.5%.The applications of P. guanacastense JP-NJ2 and P. pinophilum JP-NJ4 were found greatly to alter the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes as well as the total number of microorganisms. Both of two strains could promote masson pine growth well and the effect of P. guanacastense JP-NJ2 suspension was the best. The results of this research showed an important indicative reference to develop phosphate-solubilizing microbiological fertilizer.
